DATA PRIVACY
In general it is possible to use our website without providing any personal data.

Server log files:
The provider of this website automatically collects and temporarily stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. This information includes:

  • Internet service provider used
  • IP-Address used
  • Date and time of server request
  • URL of accessing computer system

This data cannot be connected with a specific person and is not compiled with data from other sources. The temporary storage of the IP address by the system is necessary to allow delivery of the website to the computer of the user. To do this, the user's IP address must be kept for the duration of the session. The legal basis for the temporary storage of data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary for the purpose of its collection. The collection of data for the provision of the website and the storage of the data in log files is essential for the operation of the website. There is consequently no possibility to object from the user side.

E-Mail contact:
Contact via the provided e-mail address is possible. In this case, the user's personal data transmitted by e-mail will be stored. In this context, there is no disclosure of the data to third parties. The data is used exclusively for processing the conversation. The legal basis for the processing of the data transmitted in the course of sending an e-mail is Article 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. If the e-mail contact aims to conclude a contract, then additional legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.
We will retain the data you provide until you request its deletion, or the purpose for its storage no longer persists. Any mandatory statutory provisions, especially those regarding mandatory data retention periods, remain unaffected by this provision.
If we are forwarding or copying a message that we have received by email to persons outside our company, we will first ask you for your consent to do so, unless you have informed us explicitly about your consent already when you were writing your email to us.

Our website uses the Google Maps map service. It is operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. To use Google Maps, it is necessary to save your IP address. This information is generally transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. We do not have any influence on this data transfer. The use of Google Maps is to facilitate the location of places specified by us on our website. The legal basis for this justified interest is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. RIGHT FOR INFORMATION, CORRECTION AND DELETION
You have the right of information (overview of all data stored by us at any time), the right of withdrawal (to withdraw your voluntary consent at any time), the right of deletion (for data not under any legal or contractual obligation to be retained, you can request deletion at any time, free of charge), the right of limitation (to limit your consent to certain areas of data processing at any time), the right of objection (for reasons owing to your particular situation, to data processing that serves the public interest or the legitimate interests of the processor), the right of rectification (of stored data which is incorrect may be corrected upon your request at any time), the right to data transferability (to receive personal data in a structured, established and machine-readable format or to have it transferred to another location).
